I’ve been so excited to share Marjorie and Jimmy’s Paramount Ranch maternity photos. Paramount Ranch has long been one of my favorite places for weddings, family photos, and maternity photos, so when Marjorie and Jimmy thought it would be the perfect rustic backgrop for their maternity photos, I couldn’t wait!

We arrived early in the day to take advantage of the beautiful morning light that a Los Angeles winter offers. I was so excited that Paramount Ranch was green because just a few weeks before, it had been bare and brown.

The soft glow of the morning sun made Marjorie look absolutely angelic.

Marjorie and Jimmy have been married for ten years, and as a father myself, I can remember how exciting my wife’s first pregnancy was. It was so fun to see Jimmy taking good care of his wife, and tenderly kissing their baby through her stomach.

The light at Paramount Ranch really was amazing, and the sun just warm enough to make sure Marjorie didn’t get too cold. It was a beautiful day for their maternity photos!

I know Marjorie didn’t buy these shoes just for their Paramount Ranch maternity photos, but the tiny Air Jordans were my favorite part of their session! Somehow, the contrast against the lace of her dress was the perfect symbol for their start of this new chapter in their lives.
